You asked. (And asked.) So here it is: our one-time Thanksgiving ice cream pie offering — Chef’s Choice, but always from-scratch, multi-layered, and seasonal. Think apple, brown butter, or something else entirely, depending on what’s tasting best Thanksgiving week.
Previous Chef’s Choice Pies have included:
•Apple Cheddar
•Chocolate Coffee Ganache
•Spiced Gingersnap, Cranberry & White Chocolate
•Smoked S’mores
•Blueberry Lavender (a spring flavor)
Past creations pictured — your pie will be a custom surprise.
Each 8” pie serves 6–8 and comes frozen, ready to slice and devour after dinner. You can mention general preferences (and allergies!) such as “no nuts,” “love fruit,” etc. during checkout, but final flavor selection is up to the chef.
PLEASE KEEP FROZEN, THIS IS AN ICE CREAM PIE! Keep frozen until slicing; let rest 5-10 minutes in fridge for easiest slices.
