Dinner at Mine
a chef's dinner by Caitlin Howington
An evening of shared plates, live-fire cooking, a rooftop sunset, and the kind of hospitality that happens when dinner feels more like being invited into someone's home than eating at a restaurant.

For the past six years, you've known me as the person behind Pint's Peak Ice Cream.
Before ice cream, I spent nearly a decade in restaurant kitchens as a pastry chef, prep cook, line cook, and sous chef.
Dinner at Mine is a chance to return to that part of my career - not by recreating restaurant service, but by cooking the kind of meal I'd make if chef friends came over and stayed all evening.
It's intimate, family-style, a little interactive, and built around live fire, seasonal ingredients, and passing plates around the table.
There are only 14 seats.
