Introducing the Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Cake

To celebrate spring, we made a cake inspired by the ice cream truck classic:

Layers of strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, strawberry jam, and crushed golden cookies. Finished with whipped frosting and strawberry crunch — a nostalgic little love letter to the Strawberry Shortcake bars we all grew up chasing down the street.
