Why Provisions?
Because winter deserves deliciousness too.
Pint’s Peak Provisions lets us bring a more savory, cozy side of our kitchen to life — without losing sight of what we do best. It’s creative, seasonal, small-batch, and intentionally limited so nothing ever feels stale.
Consider it our “off-season playground.” A place to test future storefront ideas. A chance to feed Denver something new.

Nope — it’s a winter pop-up under the Pint’s Peak umbrella.
Will ice cream still be available?
Yes! We’ll bring pints weekly, flavors limited. Please note that due to the indoor setup, we are unable to sample ice cream.

Provisions runs January 13, 2026 - March 31, 2026 on Tuesdays at Tavola Winter Market. If you love it, maybe we let it stick around every winter.
