We’re hiring for 2025!

Pint’s Peak Ice Cream is gearing up for an incredible 2025 season, and we’re looking for passionate, hardworking, and friendly individuals to join our team!

Please note: our season runs from May through September, and this is when we need all hands on deck to keep up with our events and customers. If you have significant vacation plans during this time, Pint’s Peak may not be the best fit for you. We’re looking for team members who can commit to being present during the summer to help us make the most of our busiest season!

FOOD TRUCK LEAD (FOOD TRUCK & CATERING)
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: average $23-27/hour (base pay $18.81/$15.79 + tip pool)
Company guarantee of $23.00-$24.00/hour DOE, with potential for a raise after 30 day review.
Seasonal with 25-30 hours/week as a general base
This position is available immediately and runs through September.

Starting in mid-August, Pint’s Peak will also be operating at all home Denver Broncos games (10 total, running through January). If interested, the Food Truck Lead may be considered for a Broncos Team Lead role to run those events. If not, we’ll still have opportunities for additional part-time hours at the stadium for anyone who wants to work the games.

If you can lead, drive a truck, handle long lines, and serve joy in the rain, you’ll fit in just fine.

At Pint's Peak, we bring chef-made ice cream to events across Denver. From farmers markets and pop-ups to weddings and concerts.

We’re a small, growing team built around creativity, kindness, and showing up with intention. You won’t just scoop ice cream. You’ll lead the whole experience.

Our flavors turn heads. Our team keeps it all moving. And in this role, you won’t just scoop, you’ll take charge.

You’ll run events from start to finish.

You’ll load the truck. Drive. Set up. Serve. Ring up. Handle the unexpected. Pack up. Clean. Repeat.

We’re not looking for someone who just shows up. We need someone who sees what needs doing and handles it.

You’ll take ownership, not just direction.

If we need help in the kitchen, you’ll jump in. If something breaks, you troubleshoot. If the line gets long, you keep the energy up. If you see something that could be better, you speak up. That ownership matters here.

You’ll gain career-building experience, without sitting in an office.

If you’re interested in events, hospitality, or small business, this is real-world training: logistics, leadership, guest experience, and problem-solving under pressure. You’ll work directly with the founder and have room to grow as we grow.

This is a physical job for someone who loves staying active and busy. You’ll be on your feet for hours, working in all kinds of weather, lifting heavy tubs of ice cream, and often getting home late.

If that sounds miserable, this isn’t for you. But it’s also fun, energizing, and full of variety. If you’re wired to move, think, and lead, it’ll feel like the best kind of challenge.

You’re a great fit if you...
● Love talking to people and creating good energy
● Work fast and with care
● Can lead solo or in small teams
● Have experience in events, catering, restaurants, or food trucks
● Are excited by the idea of representing a small, local brand with heart

● FAMLI Benefits
● And yes - you’ll probably go home smelling like sugar

We’re not building a chain. We’re building something worth showing up for.

If this sounds like your kind of role, apply now and tell us why you’d be a great fit.
